The Secretary will forward communications as follows:
- to the Chair of the Audit Committee, if the communication expresses a complaint or concern relating to the Company's accounting, internal controls or auditing matters
- to the Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, if the communication expresses a complaint or concern of another type
- to specific individual directors, if communications are addressed to those directors.
The Secretary may, in his or her discretion, refrain from forwarding communications if the communication is an advertisement or solicitation for the purchase of products or services, or if the Secretary determines that the communication is unduly hostile, threatening, illegal or similarly inappropriate, except that any communication that expresses a complaint or concern relating to the Company's accounting, internal controls or auditing matters will be immediately forwarded to the Audit Committee Chair.
