Implementation Manager (Polk County)

This is a regular full-time exempt position reporting to the Sr. Implementation Manager.

Position Summary

Responsible for the effective implementation of Fast ForWord products in the Polk County School District. Emphasis on the post sale and delivery of services associated with project plans. Ability to work effectively with all levels of school district personnel. Collaborate with departments within the company as necessary.  Accepts overall responsibility for success of implementation. May supervise and or coordinate  the scheduling and quality of resources sent into the district.  

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Work with the Polk County school district and resources within the company to create a project master plan.
  • Coordinate all necessary resources for the successful implementation of master plan.
  • Create implementation plans for large opportunities during the pre-sales process to meet the needs of the customers based on information provided by the Account Manager and or district personnel.
  • Conduct implementation planning meeting post sale and support the districts in making decisions. about issues including scheduling, environment, and motivational economy.
  • Actively monitor results from Progress Tracker and provide interpretation for school district personnel and provide strategies for successful results.
  • Conduct training; assist schools with enrollment and be onsite for initial start-up if appropriate; follow-up visits and phone calls to districts during implementation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the Polk County school district/schools to ensure successful implementations.
  • Help determine the technical readiness of the school/district (may include onsite visit).
  • Provide Senior Implementation Manager and Account Manager with updated information on account activities on an ongoing basis.
  • Track and analyze student data.
  • Coordinate activities of Implementation Consultants, Technical Specialists and per diem consultants and or trainers who are deployed to work in the district.
  • Ensure quality of services rendered by training consultants, implementation managers and technical resource are of high quality and produce high customer satisfaction
  • Have knowledge of the revenue associated with the implementation and provide service deliverables that produce margins set by Vice President of Customer Operations.
  • Provide cost effective service that leads to high customer satisfaction.
  • Communicates effectively verbally or in writing with sales and service staff on the progress of the implementation.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Senior Implementation Manager

Requirements

  • 3 -5 years experience in customer service and/or sales support preferred
  • Teaching and or presentation experience a plus
  • Experience delivering web based  trainings or seminars a plus
  • Ability to understand and communicate scientific and technical information
  • Previous supervisory experience a plus
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
